As a Venture Architect, you are the creative force behind new ventures—identifying opportunities, developing innovative business models, and driving them from concept to execution. What you’ll do
Identify and assess market and technology trends to create innovative logistics solutions.
Analyze industry landscapes, customer needs, and competitors to derive strategic insights.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies, business cases, and agile product roadmaps.
Run prototyping and market tests to validate new product and service concepts.
Create compelling pitch decks and present business models to internal stakeholders, partners, and potential investors.
Establish and maintain relationships with startups, external partners, and investors.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
What you bring
Degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Digital Business, or a related field.
Several years of experience in venture building, business development, corporate innovation, or consulting.
Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build ventures like a true founder.
Excellent presentation and pitch deck skills with confidence in front of stakeholders.
Passion for emerging technologies and their impact on business models.
A team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Fluent in English and German.
Bonus: Previous startup experience and knowledge of the logistics industry.
